Meet the team
Meet the team behind your strategy.
Josiah Grauso, CSA
PRESIDENT & SENIOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR
Josiah has spent nearly two decades helping individuals and families prepare for and live through retirement. Entering the industry in 2007, just before the onset of the Great Financial Crisis, gave him an immediate introduction to the business.
Watching markets fall and seeing clients find relief in preservation strategies shaped his core investment philosophy: retirement planning isn’t an all-or-nothing choice between growth and safety. It is about finding the right balance for each individual.
Through all the economic ups and downs of the past 20 years, Josiah has had the privilege of walking alongside fellow Pennsylvania families through every exciting milestone, difficult decision and hard season of life.
Abundant Streams Capital Group carries a legacy that means a great deal to him personally. His father, Ralph, founded the firm, and Josiah is honored to maintain the same standard of care every family receives when they walk through our doors.
He is immensely proud of where the firm came from, what his father started, and what they built together, while remaining deeply excited about where Abundant Streams is heading. His responsibility now is to preserve what has always mattered while continuously improving how the firm educates people, develops retirement strategies, and cares for the families who place their trust in them.
